When you visit the website, technically required access data is temporarily recorded in server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser, operating system). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a secure and stable website. This data is anonymised or deleted within 14 days at the latest.

3. Cookies

This website does not set cookies for tracking or marketing. Should technically necessary cookies be required in the future, we will inform you here.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, your details will be stored for processing the request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. We delete enquiries once they are no longer required — at the latest after three years, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on the servers of an external provider within the EU. We have a data processing agreement with the host under Art. 28 GDPR. No data is transferred to third countries.

We host fonts locally or use a provider that does not transfer personal data to third parties. There is no connection to Google Fonts or comparable services.

7. Analytics / tracking

We do not use any analytics or tracking tools. No profiling takes place.

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Please address requests to info@moodyprogramming.de.
